1. Introduction

dt3 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated at dt3.pro, designed primarily for players located in Pakistan. The platform offers sports betting — including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), football, and esports — alongside casino games, slots, fish games, and a live casino section. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are intended for entertainment purposes only.

These Terms apply to all sections of the dt3 platform, including but not limited to: the sports betting section, casino and slots, fish games, live casino, the VIP programme, bonus and promotional offers, the dt3 mobile app, and any future features or services added to the platform. These Terms should be read alongside the dt3 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and dt3.

dt3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility

To register and use dt3, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. dt3 is strictly an adults-only platform and takes age verification seriously.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is expressly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using dt3 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded from dt3 or had an account closed due to a violation of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on dt3. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method, or the same household — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and possible forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and any other details requested during the registration or verification process. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication details — secure and confidential. dt3 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was due to your own failure to maintain appropriate security. You must notify dt3 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.2 Verification

dt3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or verification of your payment method. Failure to provide these documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of account activity, including deposits and withdrawals, until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dt3 are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). dt3 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast — instant interbank PKR transfers
• Bank Transfer — direct transfers from Pakistani bank accounts

4.1 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your dt3 account balance promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. dt3 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account on your behalf — are not permitted and may be reversed.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the dt3 support team.
• Any active bonus funds are subject to their respective wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn.
• dt3 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or accounts with irregular activity.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports betting on dt3 covers cricket — including PSL, T20 Internationals, ODIs, Tests, Asia Cup, and ICC tournaments — football, esports, and other sports markets. All bets are final once confirmed. You should review your bet slip carefully before confirming, as dt3 cannot reverse confirmed bets except in cases of a clearly identified technical error on the platform's side.

5.1 Market Settlement

Markets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic cricket, the ICC for international events, and the relevant football federation for football matches. In the event of any dispute about settlement, dt3's decision — informed by the official result — is final.

5.2 Void Bets

A bet may be voided in circumstances including: match abandonment, technical errors that resulted in incorrect odds being offered, or events where the outcome was already determined at the time the bet was placed due to a data error. Voided bets are returned to your account balance in full.

5.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games, slot titles, and fish games on dt3 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to determine outcomes. Game results are independent of previous rounds and cannot be predicted or manipulated. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for individual games is determined by the game studio and applied consistently across all sessions.

5.4 Live Casino

The same rules regarding bet confirmation, settlement, and RNG integrity apply. 7. VIP Programme

dt3 operates a tiered VIP programme for regular players. Participation in the VIP programme is based on overall wagering activity across all sections of the platform — sports betting, slots, fish games, and live casino all contribute equally to tier progression. VIP status and benefits are reviewed periodically, and dt3 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefits, or programme structure at any time.

VIP benefits may include enhanced cashback rates, faster withdrawal processing, dedicated account management, and access to exclusive promotions not available to standard account holders. These benefits are provided at dt3's discretion and do not constitute a contractual entitlement. dt3 may remove VIP status from accounts that violate these Terms or that exhibit behaviour inconsistent with the spirit of the programme.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dt3. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account, whether personally or through proxies, family members, or third parties, for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing restrictions.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Money laundering: Using dt3 to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. dt3 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino or other games to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other participants.
• Software exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform software to generate illegitimate winnings. Any such winnings will be reversed.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets or play games on dt3 without the direct involvement of a human player.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for a transaction that was legitimately processed by dt3. Accounts found to have initiated chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation.
• Underage use: Allowing or facilitating the use of a dt3 account by a person under 18 years of age.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the dt3 platform without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of dt3's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted.

12. Limitation of Liability

dt3 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure the platform is reliable and available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary downtime. dt3 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.

dt3 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or opportunities arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues on your end.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Decisions made on the basis of information displayed on the platform that contained a technical error, provided dt3 corrects the error promptly upon discovery.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of dt3.

In all cases, dt3's maximum liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Account Termination

dt3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if:

• The player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms.
• The player's activity is identified as suspicious, fraudulent, or potentially connected to money laundering or other illegal activity.
• The player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• The player has initiated chargebacks or payment disputes without legitimate basis.
• Continuing to operate the account would expose dt3 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Players may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing. Bonus balances and any funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

14. Changes to These Terms

dt3 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active players through the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the dt3 platform after any changes to these Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account by contacting support.
